Maximizing Sourcing Value
So, to recap – this is the 3rd briefing in the 2014 series
of industry briefings. Previously we were walked through ‘DiscoveringOpportunities through Spend Analysis' by Majda Belghar and then Henry Shepperd
discussed 'Managing your Supplier Community'.
